Nope it will run fine on any level of hosting

Guess the question Im wanting to ask is , Will there be anything else needed to get site up and going ?

All you need is a domain name, we have the rest. Cpanel, Awstats, custom error pages, etc......and maybe soon we will be adding cloudfare to the mix. This is still in the experimental stages though. When you have your domain name set your DNS to our host and start building.
