Software to burn movies?
« on: November 16, 2010, 01:36:55 PM »
Not sure if this can go here, but thought it would be best... What's everyone using to burn movies these days?

I heard of dvdflick.net (which is free)

Over the years I have used many DVD burning progs, most of which do the job however last year I stumbled across a freebie, ImgBurn and am so happy with it I scrapped all the others....
I occasionally am asked to create and attach subtitles to movies (Little known low budget Spanish ones) lol..and for that I use DVD Lab Studio as ImgBurn is not a video editor...

I had also used several over the years, like Movie Factory.
But now I use Aimersoft DVD Creator. It is very easy to use.

I have had no problems at all with it. There was another I used for a bit but can't think of the name.

anyone ever heard of VSO ConvertXtoDVD:?

Languages:

  English, Spanish, German, French
  VSO ConvertXtoDVD supports the following formats:

  Video formats supported: avi, divx, xvid, mov, mkv, flv , mpeg1, mpeg2,   mpeg-, nsv, dvr-ms, ts, ifo, vob, asf, wmv, realmedia, rm, rmvb, ogm,   existing files from digital camcorders, TV/Sat, capture cards, etc
  Recent changes in VSO ConvertXtoDVD:

      * Implemented a merge feature directly from drag/drop, using the key
      * Fixed issue when reloading settings
      * Bugfixes
      * Feature Request: Easy merge mode
      * Feature Request: add info under preview window that subtitles are not visible during conversion

  Limitations:

      * The trial version will place a watermark in the DVD

  OS requirements for VSO ConvertXtoDVD:

      * OS: Win95/98/98SE/Me/2000/NT/XP/Vista/7

I downloaded the software and was able to burn the file pretty good, but the only thing that sucks is it's 70bucks or so.  :'(

I use DVDVideoSoft Free Studio.

Does the job with anything media-related, not only burning :)
Maybe you should marry that thing since you love it so much. Do you want to marry it? WELL I WON'T LET YOU! How does that feel?
That thing is probably some sort of raw sewage container. Go ahead and rub your face all over it.
