Control Panel (God Mode)

Try this out. Make a new folder and call it "everything.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}" Without the quotes but leave the brackets. Now when you open this folder you will have a lot more control panel options. Now you will have shortcuts to functions in the Action Centre, the Network and Sharing   Centre, Power options, troubleshooting tools, user accounts and others more than 260 options in total.

Works fine on Vista.

Folder name transforms into "everything" though.
