PSR stands for Problem step recorder. What does it do. Well, ya know all those people out there we all help out with computer problems but they don't know how to describe the problems they are having. All these people have to do now is go into the start menu and type in psr and hit enter. This will start the problem step recorder, taking screenshots recording every click and keypress that the user does. It then packages it all up into a zip file ready to be sent to whoever is fixing their computer.
