Yes I did but see EDIT 2 on my last post

I've just run it again to make sure and got this result

Memory Processes Infected:
(No malicious items detected)

Memory Modules Infected:
(No malicious items detected)

Registry Keys Infected:
(No malicious items detected)

Registry Values Infected:
(No malicious items detected)

But I still can't get to add/remove

Hmmm, just wondering if it would make a difference if these programs were run with the computer in safe mode.

I can only try. I'll post back in a bit  ::)

EDIT

OK after trying to boot into safe mode I got the BSOD   :o :o :o :o >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

It's just cost me £50 GBP for a new HD so I'm now in the process of re-installing my progs.  :'(

Anyway at least my Add/Remove isn't empty any more  :) Just my wallet  :'(

Thanks for your suggestions guys  :)

I'll mark this solved  O0

Cancell my last and check this out.....

Quote
Goto Start > Run, and type in gpedit.msc.
Right-click on the User Configuration / Administrative Templates folder
in the left pane.
Click on Add/Remove Templates… in the pop-up menu.
Click the button Add… in the dialog box.
In the file open dialog box named Policy Templates,
select system.adm, and click the Open button.
You will now see the missing items/folders.

Glad you're sorted....
I wonder why some XP installs show them by default and others not?
This can be a side quest on a rainy day..lol...
