« on: June 08, 2010, 02:33:20 PM »
Anyone know how to get a thick smudge off of an LCD screen. My wife babysits two little kids and one of them has put a smudge on the screen. Any ideas. ???

The smudge I am talking about is like someone took an eraser across my screen. It's raised a bit and I have tried the bottle of lcd clean I have and it did nothing.

I haven't got an answer bigguy but I found that giving the kids a damn good thrashing prevents it from happening again.  :D :D :D

50% distilled water and 50% clear or white vinegar, in a small spray bottle, don't spray the screen spray the cloth, when you rub the screen go from top to bottom each time, this has something to do with the pixels.

some say you can subsitute the vinegar for Isopropyl
