hey bigguy i was trying to install software for my monitor  but i get a box saying error and doesn't where the error happened

What is the error. ??? Is there a message that says what is going wrong. ??? Are you sure it's the right software. ???

yeah the software is correct i get an error with some numbers but i will try it again once i get my new cdrom in
