hey guy's my friend plays pg and in game he goes by eggleye currently he can't log into bgipoint even after running ccleaner and uninstalling and reinstalling mcavee

Has he been banned or blocked from the site, can you check that for him or can he send an email to them. Sometimes server firewalls will block a person. He could also try cleaning his cookies manually.

i able to access his account through my end but on his end he's unable to log in even though he cleaned his cookies and temperary files using ccleaner but i could ask him to clean his browsers cache
