Several spyware capturing everything you type and send to any hacker, the owner of the program. So they can know your password database, for example, beyond what you do on your computer. These programs are called keyloggers.
So some sites, for safety reasons, require you to "click" on the screen your password or code.
Thus, at least by normal means, such programs do not capture what was typed.
Windows has an enhancement of accessibility, to help people who have difficulty using a conventional keyboard. But it is for that too: how the keys should be "clicked", most keyloggers can not capture what you type. Ideal for use to put passwords, especially passwords important.
To open the
virtual keyboard, go to
Start > Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Virtual Keyboard. If you prefer, type in
osk in
Start > Run.
Just click on the field where you want to type (eg the password field, credit card, etc.), and click on the letters on the virtual keyboard.
Note: keyloggers will capture traditional not what was typed using the method that most use.
But there are more sophisticated spies, who are capturing and sending images from your computer screen. The ideal is to keep your computer free of viruses and spyware, and avoid getting into sites that ask for your password in other people's computers.
