If you can't extract the ISO here are the files in a zip

edit:
you extract the files off the ISO and put them on the USB
the zip has the extracted files then run

Quote
To make a bootable USB drive / key:

1. Copy all files from this CD onto the USB drive.
It cannot be in a subdirectory on the drive.
You do not need delete files already on the drive.
2. Install the bootloader (you may have to be administrator)
On the USB drive, there should now be a file "syslinux.exe".
Run this from a command line, like this:

    j:\syslinux.exe -ma j:

replace j with some other letter if your USB drive is on another
drive letter than j:
On some drives, you may have to omit the -ma option if you
get an error.
If it says nothing, it probably did install the bootloader.

Yes Nesa....you are the man once again.  :) My customer thanks you and so do I. The problem when I tried this the first time was the usb drive was formated to ntfs...for this to work your usb drive must be fat32....then it worked. We all thank you and now I can go home. :) Thanks Zvez. ;)

Ok, I am home now. I want to say thanks to Nesa and Asterix for all their help. I never got any pay for the job and I was there about 4 hours. In the end, I had to pop the keyboard and clean the underside of it with alcohol and a q-tip and get as much coffee and sugar off of the fan and other components that I could before I could start password recovery. I ended up trying all suggestions from links posted here but the one that worked was the NT Password recovery.

NOTE: usb drive must be formatted in FAT32 not NTFS for it to work. As far as I know not one tutorial that I checked out had that mentioned.

Again, thanks to those who stuck by me, you guys are great. :)
