Here in the south of Spain the heat in summer kills PC's so I leave the sides off to get through ventilation and also quick access for a vacuum cleaner (weekly) as it is extremely dusty here as well. I found that with the sides on, the dust accumulated more especially in the cpu fan....

Ah ok, that makes sense then. I own a dog that is really hairy so it's best I leave mine on. I still clean it once every couple months.

I like AMD better but it was free and it seems to run great so I'm not complaining right now, lol.
