I'll get the specs a bit later tonight and post them. Thing is if I install Xp I can turn off the mouse pad with the blue FN key and the appropriate other key. In W7 everything works with the blue FN key but the mouse pad turning off.

I just click a button and use my mouse. Most of the time I dont even bother with the button. But if it was me, I probably would have tossed it out the window.

As I posted here is where I got the drivers:

http://drivers.softpedia.com/progDownload/Elantech-Touchpad-Driver-50313-5135-Download-25270.html

My laptop function buttons worked on Vista so i could turn off the mouse. W7 did not have drivers installed so I had to go on a search to find drivers to turn off the mouse pad.
