Looks like Microsoft is close to releasing a near final copy of their release candidate for the ever popular Office suite. Which is nice to see. That's one step closer to a final release. This time around MS is going to offer both a 32 bit and a 64 bit version of this version.

Microsoft has provided some early testers with a near-final "releasecandidate" version of Office 2010 as the software maker works to makethe suite broadly available in June.
"Microsoft made a release candidate available to members in thetechnology adoption program (TAP)," a Microsoft representative toldCNET. "This is one of Microsoft's planned milestones in the engineeringprocess; however (we) do not have plans to make this new code setavailable broadly."

It's already broadly available  , Apparently it's already been leaked to some individual or group which put it out over the bit torrent network, probably one of the beta testers...

My bad, that was blue edition (technical preview) which was leaked, This version is farther along. The technical preview is fully functional, however, does not include the web apps.
