1.) It is our policy to make sure that every person on the team has a skill set and knows their particular field well enough to give you the support you require in a timely fashion.
2.) We will welcome anyone that is in need of computer support and find it our duty to help those in need.
3.) This site makes it a policy never to have cracks, cracked software or hacks for or to provide any support to our members. Any such material found on site will be promptly removed.
4.) We know that it is important that the support you get is delivered to you in a friendly and courteous manner. We welcome feedback of the team so we can better improve on the support we provide.
