All in all I like the Toshiba Satellite. I find the wireless speed pretty good compared to the girlfriend's compaq. I, like most of you (judging from this thread) still prefer my desktop and always will. The sound is not great but hey it's a laptop. As far as the facial recognition..I have not been brave enough to try it out yet. Don't wanna be locked out cause i forgot to shave or some nonsense like that.

My Rig has 4 Gigs of Ram with a
Intel (R) Core (TM)2 DUO CPU    P7550 @ 2.26Ghz   2.27 Ghz
It is an HP DV6T Notebook Model with 500 of the other gigs
A Small 15.6 Inch HD Screen with an Integrated TV that I can use when Not Online  ( it has an antenna and remote )
It also has Lojack for Laptops
Lightscribe is also in the CD/DVD Drive
The Miniature Wireless N Card with Bluetooth is Great !
I can walk around with my Computer Online VIA Bluetooth or Wireless from My Blackberry Phone
Premiun Sound with HDMI Connection !
Pretty Much Average Nowadays
