Hey Cas, you never need to be sorry for anything...myself and I guess everyone else here on the forum also had to learn in the beginning, hells teeth, I am still learning after 17 years of messing with computers...
We are all here to help with people's problems and don't mind in the least how long it takes someone  to achieve what it is they want...

Yeah Paint works as well, very good to I might add. I will attach the proper Irfanview to the post here so you can get it. If it is not coming up a valid win32 app then I have to ask you. When was the last time you did a scan for viruses and spyware/malware. ??? I zipped it up for you. :)

We are all going to be here to help you out for as long as it takes so don't worry about it. We all have nothing better to do anyway, lol. :)

Yes, really..it was actually quite frightening having a total blackout and even now 44 years on the memory of having no memory still feels creepy..Still, if nothing else it has saved me fortunes not spent on drinking...

Once you have pasted the image into Gimp (or any graphic prog) you have to go to File then Save as (or Export) , name it and save as a jpg taking notice which folder you told it to be saved in..
